Phek, December 4 (MExN): The Phek Town Council (PTC) organized an awareness program on ‘Swachh Survekshan' 2019 with all stakeholders including the Ward functionaries, GBs, Youth, Students, women and Commercial organisations. The Deputy Commissioner of Phek, Orenthung Lotha addressed the gathering and commended all the stakeholders for their efforts and co-operation towards a cleaner, greener and environment friendly township. A press release from Administrator, PTC informed that personal protective equipments like helmets, jackets and boots were distributed to the Sanitary Workers by the DC Phek. A powerpoint presentation on Swachh Survekshan 2019 was presented by the Administrator, Phek Town Council followed by a vibrant and discussion hour including sharing of good practices where number of good suggestions were also put forward for implementation by citizens and organisations.
