Kohima, May 8 (MExN): For the welfare of the citizen of Pfutsero town, the Pfutsero Town Ward Chairman Union (PTWCU) and Pfütsero Town GB Union (PTGBU) has carried out a surprise inspection to various departments at Pfutsero town on May 7 last.
During the inspection, some department are found to be smoothly functioning with proper maintenance of the staff attendance, executing the required work, well organized office and delivering what is required to the people, according to PTWCU and PTGBU.
“Nevertheless, some department are found functioning below expectation with offices poorly maintained with the irregularities of HoD and employees, while there are some department with other reasons and grievances for its unproductivity,” the two Unions stated.
In this, it appealed all the concerned Head of Departments to give the best for the betterment of the people.
Citizens are affected by the poor actions and the decisions undertaken by the department, it stated.
The two unions also requested the concerned HoD to take matters into consideration and ponder upon the smooth functioning of the offices and ensure right services to the citizen.
