DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 22 (MExN): The Public Action Committee (PAC) of the Naga Council Dimapur has informed that it will hold a public rally on October 31 against multiple taxation, lease syndicate system and illegal collection by different organizations and government departments.
This decision was taken at a meeting with 19 tribal bodies, Naga Women’s Hoho Dimapur, DUCCG, GB’s union, DCCI, BAN, Dimapur Baptist Women Union, educational institutions, student bodies and all non Naga organizations of Dimapur, informed a press note from the PAC.
It meanwhile convened a meeting with the DUCCF, GB’s union, Naga Women’s Hoho Dimapur at the Naga Council Office on October 26 to discuss the upcoming rally.
