Tseminyu, January 2: The Rengma Students' Union in collaboration with the Rengma Hoho and its Frontal organization is scheduled to hold a public rally at Tseminyu headquarter on January 3 at 10:30 am. A press note from the RSU informed that the rally will be held in protest against the “atrocities and humiliation meted out to the Naga Rengmas in Assam under Karbi Anglong.” The RSU has appealed for all Rengma citizens within its jurisdiction to participate in the rally. The rally will be held at the Baptist Higher Secondary School ground, Tseminyu New Town.
