Pughoboto, July 13 (MExN): Pughoboto Sub Divisional Planning and Development Board meeting was held under the SDPDB Chairman, Y Vikheho Swu MLA at DB's Court Hall on July 13.
According to a DIPR report, ADC Tiameren Chang reviewed the last meeting, stated a DIPR report. The house discussed the criteria for Registration of Society. For the registration of Swu-Chilimi, Ghokimi Village, they were asked to submit related documents such as the experience certificate and Bank Accounts. The board agreed to a monthly cleanliness drive for at least an hour at Pughoboto Town.
The house also proposed writing a letter to the concerned department for setting up of Sub-divisional Board for Social Welfare, and also suggested that the departments should set up a board in Pughoboto instead of going and filling up the vacancy post from Zunheboto HQ.
The board thoroughly deliberated on the issue of the disabilities certificate by the medical board. MLA informed PWD officials, Pughoboto to utilize the road maintenance fund judiciously and be accountable if the government sanctions the fund. He expressed concern over the need to clear drainage during the rainy season.
CDPO Chirotshu Nyusou and EE PWD Er Chengato Kath highlighted their departments' activities. The House welcomed the new SDO Civil, R. Daniel Angami.
