DIMAPUR, JANUARY 31 (MExN): Another legislator has resigned from membership in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA). Following the mass resignation tendered by 10 MLAs on January 30, Pukhayi Sumi tendered his resignation today. A notification from the NLA Secretariat informed that the Speaker has accepted the resignation. Consequent to this, the NLA Speaker has declared the seat for 34 Aghunato (ST) Assembly Constituency as vacant.
