Pungro, January 14 (MExN): The monthly Sub-Divisional Planning and Development Board (SDPDB) meeting for Pungro subdivision was held on January 12 at the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pungro.
Advisor, Fire and Emergency Services, Home Guards and Civil Defence and Relief and Rehabilitation, and chairman, SDPDB, S Kiusumew Yimchunger, placed two proposals before the board — construction of a circular road in Pungro town and provision of electricity connection at the tourism amenity centre at Lower Tizu.
After detailed deliberations, both the proposals were unanimously approved by the members of the SDPDB.
Another agenda regarding the upgradation and extension of the helipad at Pungro was also tabled during the meeting and was accepted by the chairman and members of the board.
