Phek, November 18 (MExN): The Pfutseromi Youth Organisation Pfutsero Town (PYOPT), under the banner ‘Clean Pfutsero Campaign’ kicked off the mass cleanliness awareness programme at Pfutsero on November 15.
PYOPT in a press release said that Kelengunuo Solo, EAC Razeba was the special invitee. The campaign was launched to create better civic sense towards a clean environment and hygienic living. It was attended by public leaders, different organisations of the town, government officials and general public.
The programme was chaired by Wezazhi Mero, vice President PYOPT. Invocation was pronounced by Dr. T Kapfo, pastor PTBC, greetings delivered by Menyelhi Mero, VCC Pfutseromi. A brief exhortation was brought by Vesapa Chiero,Treasurer Ward Chairmen Union. Dietsho Ritse, President PYOPT gave the campaign note. Later, the PYOPT donated 40 dustbins to be placed in and around the vicinity of Pfutsero Town.
