DIMAPUR, AUGUST 24 (MExN): Additional Chief Secretary, R Binchilo Thong has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary of Nagaland. Informing this, a notification issued by the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms stated that Tali Temjen Toy, who was holding the charge of Chief Secretary and Finance Commissioner,was relieved of the former with immediate effect.
