•-Our society is filled by crimes of rape cases. Sometimes many thoughts are raised against this crime, that we should make very strong and effective laws against the crime to protect the society from the evil by law of the land.
“Sexual harassment is punishable by law”. Now rape is the most dangerous evil or crime of society. Everyday we hear the news of rape or molestation, the rapist doesn’t see any age, their concept and moral is just rape. The girls from the age of three years to the women of 45 years feel insecure from can-see to can’t-see. Likewise, the social and moral awareness is necessary to curtail the increasing predators.
Whoever commits an odious crime of raping should be loaded with strong / effective and hard laws by which the criminal immediately goes to punishment as sexual harassment is punishable by law. In some practice of other countries, the criminals are bound with rope and the common people usually stoned them to death. Because of the consequences of the penalty awarded, the common people also feel terror to commit crime in the eyes of the law. The heinous crime of rape which is something immoral beyond the limit of human act should be fast serve with befitting punishment to the culprits as per the nature of crime. It is the worst form of women’s oppression the world over as it caused damage to health, honour, hope, dignity, reputation etc. in the social milieu. Thus, the authority concerned needs to take note of it seriously and the justice be delivered to the victim without much delay.
Yes, the inhumane and demonic act has no place in the inter-denominational society. Unless and until the curse of rape, molestation, bid on life etc is nipped in the bud, we will find ourselves naked on the way like in the savage period.
