RARC conducts free Ayurveda medical camp

Dimapur, October 22 (MExN): As part of a countdown programme of the ‘4th Ayuurveda Day Celebrations’ the Regional Ayurveda Research Centre (RARC), Dimapur conducted Free Ayurveda Medical Camp on October 22 at Walford Colony, Dimapur. RARC is functioning under CCRAS New Delhi, M/o AYUSH, Government of India and located at 1st floor of CMO Building, Medical colony, Dimapur.


About 50 - 60 different types of patients attended and utilized the services of the centre, a press release from Dr P Srinivas, Research Officer (Ay) In-Charge, RARC, Dimapur stated. 50 numbers of medicinal plants were also distributed during the occasion, it added. 


T Jemu Rengma, Chairman of Walford Area Council chaired the meeting while Dr P Srinivas, RO delivered a lecture on ‘how to lead healthy life through Ayurveda.’ Dr Vilas, RO and Dr Gwanchung, SRF also participated in the camp.
