The RASP Band wins Mon District NSACS RockAware audition

The quality of music and bands coming out of Mon has been on a climb for the past few years, thanks to the leadership and mentoring of the Toxic Peace band. The district audition saw four very talented bands who held nothing back in their performance and delivery of quality music, with THE RASP winning the audition.
The special guest for the concert was Shri. Sehjang Doungel ADC Mon. In his brief speech, he appreciated the efforts of NSACS for all their hard work in spreading the message of prevention of HIV and AIDS.
Messages were also shared by Manwang Wangrha – Vice President MUN.  Miss.Langmi Konyak member MNP+, in her speech she encouraged people to get tested.
Showing solidarity to the MMC campaign, key student leaders of the district along with their colleagues attended the concert. NSACS RockAware was also honored by the presence of the President of ENSF Shri. Hawang Wangsa, he exhorted the youth present by saying “We are God’s precious creation and we all must strive to become agents of change and contribute towards building a better society.”
In the morning of the same day, NSACS RockAware Ambassador Renbeni interacted with about 800 students from Konjong Higher secondary School and Wangkhao College
On Monday 26th Sept, Dimapur audition will be held at Town Hall at 4 PM.  RockAware Brand Ambassador Renbeni along with NSACS officials will visit students of Patkai Christian College in the morning, which is being coordinated by Red Ribbon Club PCC.
