Dimapur, September 23 (MExN): With the theme “Man as a Leader,” the Rongmei Baptist Men Fellowship of the Rongmei Baptist Church Association Nagaland (RBCAN) organized a Bible Study Camp from September 15-16 at GCYM Centre, Dimapur. The bible camp, attended by 67 delegates, had Rev. KC Gaila as the resource person.
During the camp, sessions and lectures on leadership role at home, in the church, and the society at large were held, RBCAN Executive Secretary Mathiuthai Gonmei said in a press note.
Many young fathers who had attended the camp spent time with the Lord and recommitted their lives to building their families and the society, it said.
The resource person called on the young fathers to be an example in all areas of life and challenged the campers to earnestly ask the Lord for blessing as “asking the Lord for blessing is never a wrong thing,” it added.
“The camp concluded with fresh blessings and new responsibility to make the society a better place to live,” the release stated.
