RECRUITMENT FOR THE MORUNG EXPRESS DIGITAL CREW

The Morung Express is undertaking a project for which we are looking to form a Digital Crew of Video News Reporters cum Producers to create original videos for upcoming digital-only news.

 

Any Graduate with the right skill set can apply but mass communication background or journalism experience will be given preference

 

5 Positions are:
Team Leader (1 Vacancy)
News Reporters (4 Vacancies)

 

The team members will be based in Dimapur and Kohima. This assignment is on contract basis for a 1 year period which maybe be extended.

 

YOU WILL:

• Create, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos quickly and independently.
• Create ideas for and experiment with new formats and content types.

 

YOU NEED:

• Some experience with all forms of video editing.
• Some knowledge of video editing tools.
• Fluency in speaking both Nagamese and English.
• A natural understanding of social platforms, digital formats, and current content trends.
