KB Kimwang Konyak Kohima In reponse to the Notification from your Office of Vigilance Commission published on 27th May NO.E.VIG-23/2010 calling for interview in pursuance for selection for the post of L.D.A-cum- Computer Assistant for the eligible candidate from amongst Konyak tribe, I have few points to furnish as query before your authority with much anticipation. That Sir, if I am not too uninformed of the system of rules and procedures of appointments in Government services, the notification published from your department on May 27 calling for interview straight away by skipping away any formalities of Departmental exam for the said post of Grade III is in fact a total betrayal for the aspiring candidates. In fact how can one evaluate and choose the best and the most deserving person by applying this short cut way out? So, on what specific ground and as per which protocol the doubtful proceedings is taken should be made clear to the public from your end.
