Dimapur, July 29 (MExN): The Shri Digamber Jain Charitable Clinic under the aegis of Shri Digamber Jain Samaj Dimapur concluded the registration process for Free Artificial Limbs for Amputees and Calipers to Polio Patients Camp on July 29.
According to a press release, 40 patients from all over Nagaland (including Mokokchung, Kohima, Phek, Dimapur, Zunheboto etc and some from Karbi Anglong) have registered for the camp. Patients included children as young as 18 months to 80 year olds.
Measurements of the patients have been taken and the distribution will be done when the Limbs and calipers will be ready, the release informed. Some will be provided with wheel chairs and clutches free of cost, it added. Dates for the same will be informed to all the patients very soon.
