The Khezha-Kuzha Tephe Sports Association (KKTSA) held its 28th Area Wrestling Championship and 2nd under 16 Naga Wrestling 2022 today at sport complex, Pfutsero Town with  Neiba Kronu, Minister for Planning and Coordination, Land Revenue and Parliamentary Affairs as special guest and Medovilie Ladu, Joint Director, Department of Agriculture as guest of honour.

Addressing at the inaugural programme, Neiba Kronu congratulated Khezha-Kuzha for coming together to play in unity which shows that there is a bright future for the area in development and harmony.

He said that many developments are taking place in the area especially in sports sector. He said that sportspersons need to be both physically and mentally fit.

Medovilie Ladu meanwhile stressed on the need to follow the rules strictly to excel in sports. He encouraged the sportspersons to pursue and maintain good sportsmanship and work hard till their goal is achieved.

Ladu added that to be a good sportsperson, players need to be patient and avoid intoxicating things that spoil people mentally and physically.
