DIMAPUR, JULY 15 (MExN): Initial restoration works for the Tuli Paper Mill have officially commenced. Personnel from 3A Capital Services Limited (3ACSL), a private company that recently acquired the Nagaland Pulp and Paper Company Ltd., have been deployed to the site to start the restoration process.
A report from the DIPR informed that the company is currently in the audit phase, focusing on clearing the pending liabilities of the mill’s previous employees. This audit is expected to be completed by the end of the year, after which extensive restoration and revival works can begin in earnest.
The State Government of Nagaland, which previously owned 12% of the mill, now holds only a 3.51% stake. The Mumbai-based 3ACSL owns the remaining 96.49%, giving it a controlling interest in the mill.
