Kohima, July 30 (MExN): Rev. Zotuo Kiewhuo, Senior Pastor of Koinonia Baptist Church, Kohima took a one month mission tour to the US from June 20 to July 20, 2017.
He remarked that he had been to different countries and continents in fulfilling the “Great Commission of our Lord;” however, it was always his heart’s sincere desire and prayer to visit the United States, the land of the Mission pioneers to Nagaland.
He was invited to minister at the International Restoration Discipleship and Leadership Training School. He noted how his heart was overwhelmed with joy as he began to see the mighty works of miracle in the life of John Monger, Founder & Pastor of International Restoration Church, Austin Texas, who in the past was “exiled from his country (Bhutan) for his faith, imprisoned for 15 months in Nepal for spreading the Gospel in his Refugee Camp,” Rev. Zotuo stated in a press note.
Along with Avi Yongo, he taught for one week at the Discipleship & Leadership Training School. He also ministered at International Restoration Church, Austin, Texas; Impact New Generation Church, Dallas, Texas; Baptist Church at Baltimore, Maryland; and International Restoration Church, Fortworth, Texas.
According to the press note, souls were restored, suicidal spirits and people under depressions were delivered, and the Lord’s healing touch came upon many with physical ailments.
Rev. Zotuo stated the trip to Washington DC was a humble and an unforgettable moment as he “poured out his heart to God for His refreshing revival and anointing upon America and her people.”
He called upon the “body of Christ” in Nagaland to pray for America (USA) “through whose missionaries God transformed our people from darkness to light and that the Lord will raise many faithful labourers from our land for the global mission.”
