•-Through this column, I as a concern citizen would like to draw the attention of the Chief Secretary of Nagaland, the man behind the successful conduction of the LDA-cum-Computer Assistant exam. Many candidates had written in local dailies requesting the Public and Administrative Reform department (P&AR deptt ) to publicize the final marks/viva voice of the LDA-cum-Computer Assistant exam in the local dailies to show that the selection of the candidates was done in a free and fair manner. But to the dismay of many candidates the Public and Administrative Reform department (P & AR deptt) is yet to make the final marks public. One is left to wonder whether there is a hidden agenda/motive that the concern department is so reluctance to make the final marks public. In this era of Right to Information (RTI) the public have the right to know the final marks of those candidates who had face the interview /viva voice in the recently conducted LDA-cum -Computer Assistant exam.
