DIMAPUR, MAY 20 (MExN): Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio raised his concerns for Christians and minorities in his address at the inaugural programme of the two day International Conference of Dalits and Minorities through Education and Employment, organized by the All India Forum of Legislators, SCs,/STs on May 17. It was a rare occasion for a chief minister of the north eastern region to be addressing such a seminar where the President of the Country, Prime Minister and Chairperson of the UPA were among the dignitaries present, stated a press note received here.
