DIMAPUR,JAN 14 (MExN): The RJD Nagaland Unit had whiplashed the press statement that was issued by the NPF Press Secretary, Paphino, by retorting to the NPF remark that the NPF led DAN government, within a span of two and half years of its rule has surpassed the last ten years regime / rule of the Congress in the state.
The General Secretary of the RJD Nagaland Unit, Akuto A. Tuccu replied “Are you aware as to who were the Ministers responsible during the Congress regime, that was it the party or the concerned elected members; for it was a fact that your Chief Minister, Rio, with almost of the present incumbent NPF Ministers were also the Ministers during the Congress rule or regime?”
He further added, “I remind you that when you talk about the last ten years of Congress regime you were biting your own tail. Also, here, in respect to your statement on the RJD leader appearing from out of the blue, let me refresh your mind, or for that matter of fact, that the Central Political Leaders are well informed through many sources about the activities of all the state in the country.”
Therefore, he added, “Why not or why won’t the RJD Leaders not know or take cognizance about the daily opening sessions of the day to day affairs of the state of Nagaland; and as far as the utter rubbish allegation that the RJD has ‘no business’ in Nagaland, reflects crystal clear, that the NPF DAN leaders, and the Press. Secy, Paphino, is and are not aware that there are prominent and efficient RJD Union Ministers holding important portfolios in the Union and as well as the RJD Political Party; and so, why not there is no business of the said Party- RJD- in and around the states of India.”
Tuccu, went on to add, “Last but not the least, do you, Paphino and your DAN led NPF party, know how the DAN govt. came to power; and where are all the tall promised promises and commitments made have had ever been materialized?” the press communiqué also questioned “what solution has the DAN govt. brought to the long / decades old pending Political problems, and it asked why the Finance minister of the DAN govt. stepped down from his high seat and office?
