Newly installed Rotary Club, Dimapur President, Kitoshi Zhimomi and Secretary, Arijit Sharma.
DIMAPUR, JULY 5 (MExN): The Rotary Club of Dimapur Had its 49th Installation Ceremony at the Rotary Centre Dimapur located at Midland on July 4.
The ceremony saw the handing over of the charge for the President and Secretary by the Installation officer Chandu Agarwal.
Kitoshi Zhimomi and Arijit Sharma were handed over the new charge of President and Secretary respectively.
The program started with the invocation prayer by Pastor Nila Sing. Ashok Agarwal, the outgoing President said that that he would extend his full support and share his experience with the incoming president and her team.
Kitoshi Zhimomi in her acceptance speech thanked the almighty & all the members for gracing the occasion. She explained her journey of joining Rotary Club and the support which she has received from the members was really helpful to her. She also mentioned that she has learnt the aspect of rendering service through guidance, friendship and fellowship from Rotary and that she is motivated.
Assistant Governor, Zone 9 of Rotary, Vijay Sharma in his speech congratulated the new President & Secretary and assured full cooperation and support.
Installation Officer, Chandu Agarwal in his speech congratulated the incoming team and briefed about the responsibilities one has to endure and he also congratulated and thanked the outgoing president and his team (2019-2020) for a successful tenure.
