Kohima, May 25 (MExN): In a significant stride toward community healthcare, the Rotary Club of Kohima in association with Rotary Club of Dimapur, successfully conducted its second free health check-up camp focusing on patients with spine and back related issues  on May 23 at Capital Convention Centre, Kohima.

The Camp witnessed a strong turnout of patients from in and around the area. The camp featured Dr. Neeraj Gupta, a renowned spine specialist from New Delhi, who led the consultations and assessments.

His expertise drew a total of 42 patients, many of whom were experiencing severe to serious spine related conditions. The camp not only provided free consultation but also offered much needed awareness and guidance on spinal health.

Feedback from patients was overwhelmingly positive and appreciative, with many expressing gratitude for the quality care and attention received.

Several patients with complex conditions were able to get timely advice and direction for further treatment, highlighting the camp’s impactful reach. Owing to the encouraging response and the critical need for such specialized services, the Rotary Club Kohima have announced its plans to organize a follow up camp within the next six months. This will not only extend the benefit to a wider audience but also offer a platform for review and continued care for the patients who attended the current session, according to Rotary Club of Kohima.
