The special train for North East people from Haryana, which was accosted by large numbers of people at different locations in Bihar, has safely left the state and is currently in West Bengal. 


The train is expected to arrive in Dimapur on May 25 evening.  

 
Government sources informed that due to line congestion, the train had to make stops at several places. During these stoppages, several people tried to get into the train, leading to a ruckus. 


Till the filing of the report, the train had moved from Kathihar escorted by the Railway Police Force (RPF). It was learned that the RPF would escort the train till New Jalpaiguri, West Bengal.
