Sainik School Punglwa holds inter house competition

Peren, November 4 (MExN): With an aim to bring out creativity and artistic talents among the cadets, Sainik School, Punglwa organized an inter house drawing and painting competition from (Class VI to XI) in the school campus on November 2.
It was held under the guidance of Dailee Mao (Art Master). The drawing and painting competition was conducted under different categories: Classes X & XI - category A, Classes VIII & IX - category B, Class VII - category C (Budding Artists) and Class VI - category D (Face Painting). The competition was based on different themes – Life of Mahatma Gandhi (category A), Portrait of Mahatma Gandhi (category B), “I can draw this” (category C), and Save wild life (Face Painting) (category D). Prizes and certificates were given to the winners in the morning assembly by Group Captain Prasun Basu, Principal, Sainik School Punglwa. The Principal exhorted the cadets to continue to compete in different areas of life.
