Peren, November 1 (MExN): Sainik School Punglwa (SSP) organised its annual inter house quiz competition on October 31. The competition, which saw participation from cadets across eight houses, was held in two categories – Junior and Senior. Col (Dr) Smiti Misra, Principal of the school, graced the event as the Chief Guest.
The quiz featured six rounds testing the cadets on current affairs, defence, literature, science and technology, audio-visual, and rapid-fire questions.
In the Junior category, Shilloi House emerged victorious, represented by Cadet Md Arif and Cadet Vijeet Kr Priyadarshi. The Senior category was won by Saramati House, represented by Cadet Pranav Kr and Cadet Aarav Tyagi.
The event was attended by officers, staff, and cadets, and provided an "evening of enjoyable learning" for the audience, the statement added.
