Peren, April 20 (MExN): The annual Inter-House Junior Basketball Championship 2017-18 of Sainik School Punglwa concluded on April 19 with Saramati House finishing top. A last minute shot from Ezra Hoto Kiba sealed victory for Saramati over Doyang House in the final match which saw stiff competition as both teams were tied at 37-37 a minute before the fourth quarter ended. Kiba was later adjudged the Best Player of the championship. The championship which began on 12 April was played on league cum knock out basis among the six mother house of the school. Japfu House finished third in the championship.
