Tuensang, September 10 (MExN): The Department of Botany and Zoology at Sao Chang College (SCC) Tuensang jointly conducted a one-day workshop on ‘Exploring Campus Biodiversity’ on September 10.
The workshop covered a wide range of hands-on activities, including field visits, documentation of flora and fauna, basic keys to species identification, specimen preservation, and herbarium preparation, according to a press release from the college.
The two departments expressed profound gratitude to Dr Santanu Dey for his guidance and contribution to the workshop. They also thanked the SCC Principal Dr Lanurenla and all the Science departments for their support and cooperation, which contributed to the success of this learning-centric workshop.
