Sara Lorin and Chenogi Tep were declared as the winners of the Hornbill International Photo Festival (HIPFEST) in the category of seniors and juniors respectively. The event was presented by Eastern Art Council and supported by the Department of Information and Public Relations organised as part of the Hornbill festival.
Achano Tungoe and Samrat Sengupta grabbed the 2nd and 3rd position while Sophy Lasuh and Njune Lorin were adjudged as the consolidation prize winners in the seniors category.
Kenyuhile Lorin and Kikruleno Casavi grabbed the 2nd and 3rd position in the Juniors Category.
Rs. 40,000/-, Rs.20,000/- Rs.10,000/ were given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd position while Rs. 5,000/- each to the consolation prize winners in the Seniors category.
Rs.10,000/-, Rs.5000/- and Rs. 2000/- were given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in the Juniors Category. The prizes were given to the winners at the culmination programme.
