Dimapur, June 21 (MExN): Laudate Dominum - Latin for ‘Praise the Lord’ - is a music festival being organised by the Sümi Aphuyemi Baptist Akukuhou Kuqhakulu (SABAK), the apex church association of the Sümis under Pughoboto area. It will be held on June 23-24, 2018 at the Sümi Aphuyemi Baptist Church at Kohima. During the course of the festival, there will be workshops, singing competitions and concerts. Workshops will be on Sound Management, Stage Artistry and Choral Techniques to be conducted by Jackto Wotsa, Alobo Naga and James Swu respectively, all of whom are prominent music artistes from the region. The concerts will feature prominent bands and musicians such as Alobo Naga and the Band, Technicolors, Nagagenous, Bokato Kiho, Vini Chishi and a host of other artistes from the region. All the workshops and concerts will be free and the organisers extend their invitation to all the public to come and grace the festival with their august presence.
