Dimapur, March 21 (MExN): SBCK Youth Department conducted four days evangelistic camp at Hokhezhe Farm, Niuland Dimapur from March 15 to 18 on the theme ‘Rooted and Build’.
Rev. Aheto Sema, Secretary, Dept of Youth Ministry, WSBAK was the main speaker for the camp. The Reverend urged the youths to strengthened one’s faith as one have been taught and overflow with thankfulness.
A press note stated that the camp is an initiative of the SBCK Youth Department to bring youth together in order to promote their spiritual faith further and develop in them love and care for Christ. “This camp not only moulds the faith amongst the youth but it also enhances their leadership trait and develops a sense of togetherness. Perhaps it is the opportunity to explore the meaning of life from the Bible. Perhaps it is also the great friends you make, the fun leaders and the cracking atmosphere,” it stated.
Guest speakers, Khekiye Sema, IAS (Rtd) deliberated on the topic ‘I am a responsible individual’ and Dr. Hotoka Hesso, Sr. M.O. Art Centre D.H Dimapur highlighted a lecture on ‘My Health, my Responsibility.’
N. Suhuto Chishi Youth promoter, Department of Youth Ministry WSBAK was the camp director and Kashito Aye, Associate Pastor Youth SBCK was the co-director.
