Dimapur, March 13 (MExN): The Supreme Court of India has dismissed the Special Leave Petition (SLP) filed against the judgment and order of the Gauhati High Court dated December 16, 2016 which had dismissed the case on TR Zeliang’s educational qualification. The Supreme Court order read, “We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order. The special leave petitions are dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.” The court hearing was held on February 10, 2017.
