Kohima, September 27 (MExN): Head of all registered institutions under Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) have been informed that school specific information which is used in planning, monitoring, and implementation of Government's flagship programmes will be collected for Unified District Information System for Education (U-DISE).
In this regard, Asano Sekhose, Chairperson, NBSE has requested all the registered schools to co-operate with the cluster/ block resource centre co-ordinators and MIS in-charges at block and district levels and to furnish the schools’ complete and correct information through the U-DISE 2016-17 format. “Your co-operation and quick response will be highly appreciated and it will immensely help to strengthen the education system,” she added.
U-DISE is a joint initiative of the Ministry of HRD and National University of Educational Planning and Administration (NUEPA) for strengthening the educational information in the country.
Dimapur to observe U-DISE Day
All the schools under Dimapur district (Government, private and central schools) have been informed to attend the U-DISE Day organized by District Mission Authority-SSA, Dimapur on September 30, 10:00 am at IMC Hall, Dimapur. A press release from R. Amongla Jamir, Deputy District Education Officer, Dimapur informed all head of the institutions along with one teacher for Government schools and principal or representative for private and central schools to attend the same.
