Dimapur, March 21 (MExN): SD Jain Higher Secondary School, Dimapur emerged as the educational institution with highest number of points at the Ekakrithin 2016, a techno-cultural event organized by National Institute of Technology on March 18 and 19 at its sprawling campus in Chumukedima.
A team numbering about 70 students from the school participated in different competitions. The school had a total of 14 first winners and 12 second winners in competitions ranging from literary, cultural, games and techno craft. All the prize winners in the competition were felicitated during the school morning assembly.
Principal Reji Abraham congratulated all the students from the school for their spirited performances in the competition. He exhorted the students to make full use of every opportunity that comes their way to showcase their talent. He also said that the school will not leave any stone unturned in pursuit of providing ample opportunity to students to hone their skills in different fields.
