Dimapur, August 20 (MExN): The Class Eight students of SD Jain School had a firsthand experience in small scale industrial production and entrepreneurship when the school management took them to three different industrial units located in Dimapur on August 19.
According to as press note from the school Principal Reji Abraham, the first stop of the industry exposure trip was Akash Wood Industries, located at 7th mile where the students were shown different units of production of Plywood goods.
The sole milk processing and packaging industry in Dimapur DIMUL was the next destination where the students witnessed different stages of milk processing.
The final destination was a visit to Bamboo Resource Centre at 6th Mile where the students observed the Production and marketing of many value added goods made of bamboo.
The principal also expressed appreciation to the management of three industrial units for trip.
