Changtongya, June 30 (DIPR): Sub-Divisional Department Coordination Forum (SDDCF) meeting under Changtongya Sub-division was held at AIN HEMTU resort, swimming pool on June 29 under the chairmanship of SDO (C) Changtongya,Chumlamo Humtsoe.
The chairman warmly welcomed all the members present at the meeting, the chairman requested all Heads of Offices (HoOs) to submit the list of staff quarter and its location under the sub division to his office in order to prevent encroachment from private parties and to preserve and protect government properties.
The chairman further informed the house of the on-going exercise of National E-Roll purification regarding bogus death, shifted voters, wrong photos and double entries in order to make the E-Roll error free, he also requested all HoOs to inform their staff to delete their names if enrolled in more than one polling station.
SMO & Convenor of the SDDCF Welfare Fund Committe,Dr. Jungshi presented a brief report regarding the modalities of the welfare fund to be utilized in the event of death and retirement of the members and during natural calamities in the sub-division.
The house in principle agreed to organize a two-day celebratory functionduring the Tsungrenmong festival at AIN HEMTU resort, Swimming pool for which a committee was set up. Audit report for the secondChangtongya Inter-departmental tournament, 2016 organised by SDDCF was presented by SIS & Finance Secretary SDDCF, P. Onen Longkumer.
