The second edition of Art Picnic will be held in Dimapur on December 29. This annual event is being organised by Temsuyanger Longkumer, a multi media artist based in London, with the aim of bringing people of all backgrounds and ages, amateurs and professionals together for a day of art and food. This would be a great opportunity especially for young aspiring artists to learn and get advice from the professionals. Temsuyanger particularly appeals to established artists to help co-ordinate and be involved in the event. Art Picnic welcomes all forms of art practices including crafts, poetry and performances. Participants are requested to bring own work materials/instruments and a lunch box for the picnic. Time: 10am - 4pm Things to bring: Materials/instruments of one’s choice and a LUNCH box.
