Maligaon, October 11 (MExN): The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), in collaboration with the IIT School of Business, recently organised a seminar for its officials at the Rangiya Division to foster professional growth and enhance their skills.
The initiative was aimed at strengthening the overall capability of the railway workforce and highlights NFR's commitment to nurturing talent.
The seminar featured two sessions. The first, titled “On the Right Track, Transforming Attitude, Personality & Perception in Railway Staff,” focused on building a positive mindset and enhancing interpersonal and leadership skills.
The second session, “Crossing the Lines, Power, Organizational Politics & Knowledge Hiding among the Workforce,” equipped participants with strategies to promote transparency, effective communication, and collaboration within the organisation.
