Seminar on ‘Menstrual Hygiene Management’ held

The Women’s Forum of St. Joseph’s College, Jakhama organised seminar on ‘Menstrual Hygiene Management’ under the theme ‘To spread awareness on safe menstrual practices’ on July 31. A total of 1700 female students of the college attended the seminar, which had Dr. Vili Swu, Gynaecologist, Bethel Hospital, Kohima as the main resource person. Ruopfüzhano Whiso, Miss Nagaland 2018 also spoke on the ‘role of women in the society’.
