Tuensang, December 5 (MExN): Seminar on "Positivity" was held at SIRD Hall in Tuensang Town on December 4 with resource persons, Asst Pastor YBC Tuensang, Apong Yimchunger. The seminar was organised by Nehru Yuva Kendra Tuensang and its Human Resource Development Department of Youth Affairs & Sports (GOI). Apong Yimchunger stated that the pessimism leads to weakening and optimism leads to power. Reflecting on India Prime Minister, Narendra Modi's speech he said that positivity leads to country’s progression and emphasized on youth and its positive attitude in every field for the betterment of one’s community and country as a whole. Encouraging the youth he said that one should focus on issues like natural calamities, train in fire fighting and encourage blood donation etc. They have also should focus social issues like female foeticide, child abuse, drug abuse and HIV/AIDS, he added. Welcome address was delivered by Chancham Yimchunger and the programme was led by NYV, Lucy who also delivered the vote of thanks. The programme concluded with interaction conducted by Programme Coordinator NYK, Ripen Humtsoi.
