Senapati Sporting Club (SSC) today emerged the champion of Phek Area Sports Association (PASA) Open Volleyball Tournament 2022, which took place on September 29 at Phek Town.
The champion- Senapati Sporting Club awarded with a cash prize of Rs 30,000 sponsored by Nezosa Tetseo, president Phek District Sports Association.
Michazou, Mima bagged runner-up title and received Rs 20,000 sponsored by Diwang Nusory, Agriculture Census Officer, Directorate of Agriculture, Nagaland.
Semi finalists- V Brothers & Chienino Brothers Kiruphema received Rs 5000 each. Deepak and P Dzüvavei, both from Senapati Sporting Club have been declared as the Best setter and Best Spiker and received Rs 1000 each. K Duve of Senapati Sporting Club has been declared as Most Promising player and awarded with Rs 1000.
The tournament sponsors included: Razouvolie Dozo, Deputy Commissioner Phek, Moa T Lemtor, ADC Phek, Shekhotso Rokha, Advocate and Zochito Hoshi, Head Teacher.
