SEPAKTAKRAW: Nagaland team depart for 34th King’s World Cup prep

Dimapur, July 20 (MExN): The Nagaland Sepaktakraw Association (NSA) sent off Sepaktakraw players selected by Sepaktakraw Federation of India (STFI) to represent India in the 34th King’s World Cup from August 24 to September 1.


Prior to the competition, The Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India and SAI has sanctioned 32 days Abroad Training to Indian Sepaktakraw Team, a press release from NSA Secrtary Holshe Khrieo informed.


The team will be training at Takraw Foundation of Thailand, Bangkok from July 23 to August 22.


‘The opportunity of receiving such training outside the country will prove to benefit our state,’ the release added.
