The state department of Sericulture, under the North Eastern Region Textiles Promotion Scheme, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India and Central Silk Board, Government of India organised Naga Silk show this evening at The Heritage, Kohima. The event showcased various silk products in the form of fabrics, apparels, garments and other diversified products that are produced in the state under the banner "Naga Silk". It also is to promote the local farmers, spinners, reelers, weavers, designers and entrepreneurs.
