Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Advisor Dr Neikiesalie (Nicky) Kire today called upon the state Grade-IV staff to build good relationship in the work place with their colleagues and officers.


Addressing the general meeting-cum-seminar training of All Nagaland State Grade-IV Staff Employees Association (ANSGEA) here at CANSSEA office, Dr Nicky urged the gathering to serve people not only with efficiency but also with humanity. He also told the Grade IV staff to serve people with sincerity and Christian attitude while performing their duties.


Dr Kire also called upon the association members not to accept or encourage any bribe practice. He lamented that many government servants are lacking sincerity in performing their respective duty. Encouraging them to be dutiful, he also called upon them to be willing to help the needy people and be truthful in their duty. 


ATI additional director L Youdang Jamir in his address as resource person said the Grade –IV staff employees are the multi tasking staff and without them office cannot function. He encouraged the association to have clear vision and make resolution to be dutiful in their respective offices.


The programme was chaired by ANSGEA joint secretary Khrieketou Yano while welcome address was delivered by ANSGEA president Y Shahkam Chemphang. Vote of thanks was proposed by ANSGEA general Imlitemjen Ao.
