Seyiejalie Gwirie from Jotsoma today emerged the champion title of 60th Wrestling Meet 2024 organised by Western Angami Youth Organisation at Jotsoma.
He pocked a cash prize of Rs. 90,000.
Rokolhouto Suokhrie, also from Jotsoma, stood second position and received Rs 60,000. 3rd place winner Thejapfütuo Chüsi from Mezoma pocketed Rs 40,000. Rokokehie Khawakhrie from Mezoma bagged 4th position and received Rs 30,000.
Bisekhoto Gwirie from Jotsoma bagged the best tactic wrestler and awarded with Rs 10,000 sponsored by Lt Khrieko Nagi & Family.
Earlier, Kuolachalie Seyie, President Naga Club and Kepelhoutuo Chüsi, President Western Angami Public Organization graced the meet as the special guest and guest of honour respectively.
The meet was hosted by Jotsoma Youth Organization.
