Dimapur, April 20 (MExN): Principals and Headmasters from all over the state attended a one day workshop on ‘Shaala Siddhi,’ organized by RMSA, Nagaland at Administrative Training Institute, Kohima on April 20. Shaala Siddhi, a programme under India's Ministry of Human Resource Development, is a self evaluation framework aimed at improving school performance and to provide quality education to all children. Er. Limawabang Aier, State Mission Director, RMSA who graced the inaugural programme exhorted the participants to honestly and sincerely fill-up the school evaluation dash board so that the Government can assist the problems faced by schools and find solutions.
During the same, Pipi Gloria Chishi, Principal GHSS Jalukie dwelt on the first four domains of the School Standards Evaluation Framework while YP Singh, Principal GHSS Phek took up domains 5 to 7. A PowerPoint presentation on School Evaluation Dashboard was also given by B Nellayapan, Principal GHSS Bhandari.
It concluded with the presentation on how to upload data from the dashboard to the National Web Portal by Timothy Thong, Deputy Mission Director, RMSA and Nodal Officer, Shaala Siddhi, Nagaland.
