Peren, November 25 (MExN): Group Captain Sharad R Keskar took over the command of Sainik School Punglwa as the new principal from Group Capt Sanjay Gaekwad on November 24.
Group Captain Keskar is a qualified instructor with tenures at National Defence Academy (NDA) and other Air Force training establishments, according to a press release. He is a commerce graduate and has masters in computers management. He also holds post graduate degree of Master of Science in Defence Studies from prestigious Defence Services Staff College, Wellington. He has rich experience in diverse fields and will be leading the institution to greater heights, the release stated.
Gp Capt Sanjay Gaekwad relinquished the duties of principal SSPN on November 23 after a journey of two and a half years. During his tenure, the school achieved various milestones, accomplished a number of projects and achieved excellence in multifarious activities, the release informed.
He will take over as principal of Sainik School Rewari in December. During his parting message, he wished all the cadets and staff to keep progressing on the path of success and to shine as one of the best schools in the country.
