DIMAPUR, AUGUST 14 (MExN): In view of the 74th Independence Day celebration to be held at DDSC stadium Dimapur, Deputy Commissioner Dimapur, Rajesh Soundararajan, has directed all shops which are otherwise permitted to open under Dimapur district, to remain closed till 12:00 noon, for smooth conduct of the programme. This was informed in a report from the DIPR.
