Simon Cowell's ex Terri Seymour FINALLY moves out... three years after break-up

He must rank as the most understanding ex-boyfriend of all time. Three years after Simon Cowell ended his relationship with Terri Seymour, the former singer has finally moved out of his LA home. Seymour was spotted leisurely overseeing the packing of her belongings into a removal truck yesterday.
She is now set to start living into the £3million Beverly Hills dream home she bought in March, 2008, at around the same time she split from Cowell. It is thought that her new home was a gift from Cowell, who also funded the refurbishment. Seymour is understood to have spent the last three years and hundreds of thousands of pounds transforming the lavish property.
And while she waited for it to be completed, she has been living at a £3.5million, four bedroom second home owned by Cowell just around the corner. A source said: 'Simon is very generous with his ex-girlfriends and had no problem with Terri staying at his house while she got her place fixed up. He’s very happy that she has been able to renovate her new house so beautifully, while caring for his place at the same time.'
At the end of their relationship Cowell is understood to have handed over £6million as a 'parting gift' to Seymour. This included £3million in cash and  £2.3million to buy her new mansion in Beverly Hills, according to U.S. reports. Sources said Cowell made the gesture as a 'thank you', despite suggestions it was to prevent Miss Seymour lifting the lid on their turbulent relationship. Their relationship ended over his reluctance to marry and have children.
Seymour, 36, who works as a television presenter in Los Angeles, looked overjoyed as she directed workmen who were moving her stuff into her new place on Friday. Her new four bedroom, single storey house has stunning views of the Los Angeles basin and a private pool in the back. It is also just a stone’s throw from the luxury £20million home where Cowell, her ex-boyfriend of five years, resides in Beverly Hills. Seymour has now found love with French hotel manager Olivier Lordonnois, 36. And her move to her new home comes at the same time there has been mounting speculation that the X Factor boss has bought his current girlfriend, Mezhgan Hussainy, her own multimillion pound house. His representatives have denied the claims.

Don't you know who I am?

There is at least one person who can’t put a name to Simon Cowell’s face – the Queen. After being introduced and chatting at the Royal Variety Performance in Liverpool in 2007, he says he realised ‘she hadn’t a clue who I was’.
The X Factor judge makes the admission in Piers Morgan’s Tonight show, adding: ‘I really pitied her. The agony of having to go down a line in front of people – you’ve got no idea who they are – and make small talk. You couldn’t pay me to do that.’ He says his chances of being knighted are now ‘absolutely zero, in fact, below zero’.
Cowell, 51, also confesses that he finds Kate Middleton attractive and says he is good friends with Prince Harry. He says in the chat on CNN International on Tuesday: ‘I can remember those awful shots of the boys at Diana’s funeral. Now you’re seeing William getting married. He seems like a really nice guy and she is cute.  I’ve met Harry and I’ve got to tell you, just a top, top guy. Really, really funny. Like a normal bloke. Great sense of humour.’ But he will not be a guest at the wedding next month.  The Mail on Sunday columnist Morgan jokes they should have been invited because of ‘the amount of tourists we would bring’.  Cowell replies: ‘I thought that too.’
Asked what his talent is, Cowell, who has a £150 million fortune, says: ‘I’m good at spotting somebody else’s talent. You don’t need anything else.’
